ANALYSIS & CONSULTATION

The OCI analysis and consultation group drills down into topics identified during the Discovery Analysis that require further investigation. A separate analytic project is conducted starting with clarification of the problem statement followed by creation of custom data sets and algorithms to aid in solving the problem. As the preliminary data emerges it is shared with the project team and necessary adjustments are made to make sure the findings completely solve the problem statement. At the end of the project the consultant provides an interpretation and presents the findings in a fully fleshed-out report and presentation that can be shared with other groups at the company as well as co-presented at industry conferences if desired. The findings from these projects are evaluated for ongoing monitoring and management via the Benefits Intelligence web portal and appropriate reports and tools are put in place to watch any areas of concern.
