Job Description
The OCI National Sales Representative reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for new customer acquisition, which includes: identifying and developing new prospects, conducting prospect meetings and solution demonstrations, generating sales proposals, and closing new customer agreements to drive sales of OCI solutions.
This position is a telecommute position and is available anywhere in the continental U.S. This employee will report to the Denver, CO office.
Required Skills
The position requires travel, excellent customer communication and presentation skills, excellent customer relationship skills, and proven success with solution and software sales approach to senior manager and Corporate "C" levels. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience with HRIS, group health benefits, and/or other HR product/software sales experience. Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or closely related field preferred.
