DATA CONVERSION

OCI has nearly two decades of experience in collecting, converting, and reporting on data from literally hundreds of sources. We currently manage feeds from more than 200 of the nation’s largest employers, vendors, and third party administrators (TPAs). Because we are an independent provider of information solutions, customers are free to shop for carriers and TPAs without worrying about gathering, cleansing, and moving their historical data. Our experience means customers can seek the vendors that best meet their needs, and can count on us to handle their data most effectively and provide valuable information, no matter what the source.

OCI conducts many-to-one and one-to-many data conversions for several customers, simplifying either the first step or the last step in the data process. For customers that dynamically manage their benefits programs, the many-to-one conversion process enables them to adjust their programs as necessary without concern for their ability to move the data. OCI currently conducts hundreds of conversions into the customer’s target database each year. Additionally, firms that grow through acquisition can benefit from our services as well, with OCI converting data from legacy systems into a single, target corporate system. Many customers also have a need to export data to vendors, and OCI’s one-to-many conversion service can satisfy their requirements. OCI currently conducts thousands of outbound conversions to vendors each year.
