EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

ARCHIE ANDERSON – President

Archie Anderson joined OCI as President in April 2008. He brings more than 20 years of experience serving the employee benefit and risk management markets. He previously served as President of Intracorp. Prior to that he spent more than eighteen years at GENEX Services, Inc. in a variety of senior leadership roles.

Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the Northwestern State University of Louisiana, where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration and Counseling.
  
DANIEL M. BLANEY III CIO

Daniel M. Blaney III joined OCI in 1994, and over the last decade has led the transformation of the company from a health-consulting firm to an Internet-based business solutions firm.  As Executive Vice President of Operations, Mr. Blaney is the primary architect of OCI’s computer operations, including all software, hardware, networking, security, and Internet connectivity.  Pursuing a vision to uniquely position OCI based on its use of technology, Mr. Blaney oversaw the emergence of OCI as the first Application Service Provider (ASP) in its market – an innovative move that enabled OCI to capitalize on its significant technological expertise and clearly differentiated the firm in the marketplace.

Mr. Blaney is a Wyoming native and a graduate of the University of Wyoming with degrees in both Management Information Systems and Finance.
FRANK VIDRIK - Executive Vice President of Marketing & Sales

Frank Vidrik joined as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in June 2009. He brings over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and executive leadership across risk management, property/casualty insurance, employee benefits and claims administration to OCI.  He has also previously built several sales forces for multiple industries. At OCI, he will have responsibility for leading sales, account management and marketing functions.

Mr. Vidrik has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Southwest University and a B.S. Degree in Business Administration / Accounting from the University of Southern Colorado.
RENE GATESVice President of Client Services

Rene Gates joined OCI in 2002 and currently represents OCI as the Vice President of Client Services. Utilizing Ms. Gates’ expertise in customer management, her knowledge of the market, and her varied business background, the position focuses on the driving improvements in the OCI Client Services group and all of the ancillary services associated with it. Ms. Gates has focused her attention on continuing to improve and evolve OCI’s solutions to provide the maximum value and service to OCI customers.

Ms. Gates earned her MBA from the University of Wyoming, where she was named Outstanding MBA Graduate Student.
RICHARD GANCZEDirector of Information Technology & Security
 
Richard Gancze joined OCI in 1998 as a Systems Specialist. In his current role as Director of Information Technology & Security, he utilizes his expertise in hardware and software development and system conversion to drive improvements in the OCI Information Technology group. In addition, Mr. Gancze is OCI’s Information Security Officer where he has implemented and manages all levels of security including facility, information, media and user-level standard operating procedures.
