Although very powerful in describing health and productivity trends, analytics and web-based reporting offer a view of historical experience. Therefore, OCI has also developed a robust predictive model that enables employers to identify pockets of risk while they are still risk—before they become cost.

OCI’s Risk Predictive Early Referral Application (RPERA) uses an early referral process to identify high-risk claimants for early contact and targeted management intervention. It can be applied to both occupational and non-occupational claims.
